Chest
Distance 20 cm. • Body Mode • full power Duration 20 min per session

Shoulders
Distance 20 cm. • Body Mode • 5 min/side
“Pole Mount or Desk Mount: let the shoulder slip out of the shirt, then rotate the body from side to side.”
Abs / Obliques
Distance 20 cm. • Body Mode • full power Duration 20 min per session

Arms / Biceps
Distance 15-20 cm. • Body Mode • 10-15 min/session
