Where we ship

We ship nationwide across Thailand.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local courier conditions.

Order processing

We typically dispatch orders within [1–2 business days] after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launch periods, dispatch may take slightly longer—we’ll keep you informed.

Tracking & updates

Our shipping coordinator Oppo personally manages and tracks shipments and will keep you updated until your order arrives. If your delivery is delayed, we’ll proactively contact you with an update.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are shown at checkout and may vary by location and order size.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us right away with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll help resolve it quickly.
