AriHelder’s Recovery Routine uses 650 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared (NIR) light to support everyday comfort and post-training recovery in tired muscles and joints. Red/NIR light is widely used in sports and wellness routines to help support circulation and recovery processes—making it a simple, repeatable ritual after movement: 20 minutes at 20 cm.

Yes. Do 20 minutes at 20 cm per area. If you’re treating two areas, a simple approach is 10 minutes + 10 minutes (or two full sessions if time allows).

The device may feel warm, but it should never feel uncomfortably hot. You can absolutely use it while relaxing—just keep the 20 cm distance, don’t cover the lamp head, and stop if the skin feels irritated.
