Set to head mode, half power. Output: approximately 5.2W. Mandatory for sinus proximity — never use body mode for face and sinus applications.

Hold position for 10 minutes. Eyes closed or protected. Repeat daily during active sinus symptoms.

Session guidance

Sinus protocols are used for chronic sinusitis, congestion, and post-infection sinus inflammation. Daily sessions during symptomatic periods are typical. The red channel (631nm) is most relevant for superficial sinus tissue.
