Attach to the arm mount. Position 20cm from the neck — posterior for cervical spine, anterior for throat-adjacent structures. For neck only, head mode is appropriate.

2

Select head mode

Set to head mode, half power. Output: approximately 5.2W. Head mode is mandatory for neck and thyroid-adjacent areas — never use full body mode on the anterior neck.

3

Run the session

Hold position for 10 minutes. Wear eye protection. Do not aim the device directly at the throat at full power.

Session guidance

The neck is a sensitive area due to proximity to the thyroid. Head mode at half power is the standard for this target. 10 minutes daily is the protocol — do not extend to 20 minutes in head mode on the neck.

Safety & contraindications Always use head mode (half power) for the neck. Never use body mode on the anterior neck or thyroid area. Avoid use over active infection or swollen lymph nodes. Always wear eye protection.
