SAFETY & CONTRAINDICATIONS

The skin must be dry and clean.
Use Head Mode for the neck and face area. Maintain a distance of 20 cm.
Helder 2 is not a medical device; it is intended for relaxation and recovery.

Hip

Distance: 20 cm • Body Mode • Full Power
Duration: 20 minutes per session

Position: Pole mount (standing upright) or sofa mount (reclining).
Open the shirt and allow the light to shine directly on the hip area.

Lower back

Here’s a clean, consistent version for lower back / lumbar:

Distance: 20 cm • Body Mode • Full Power
Duration: 20 minutes per session

Position: Pole mount (standing upright) or sofa mount (reclining).
Expose the lower back area and allow the light to shine directly on the lumbar region. Keep the spine neutral and relax during the session.

Distance 20 cm. • Body Mode • full power Duration 20 min per session

Quads / Hamstrings Protocol

Knee

Mode: Body Mode · Full Power
Distance: 20 cm (arm mount)
Duration: 20 minutes per session

Position: Use the arm mount and position the light directly in front of the knee. Keep the leg slightly bent and relaxed, allowing the light to cover the front and sides of the joint evenly.

Knee Protocol

Ankle

Mode: Body Mode · Full Power
Distance: 15–20 cm
Duration: 15 minutes per session

Position: Sit or lie down with the ankle relaxed. Position the light so it covers the front and sides of the ankle joint. Rotate the foot slightly during the session to ensure even exposure.
