How to position the device
Attach to the arm mount. Position 20cm from the elbow. For tennis elbow (lateral epicondyle), target the outer elbow. For golfer's elbow (medial), the inner side.

Run the session
Hold position for 15 minutes. Wear eye protection. Repeat daily or 5 times per week.
Session guidance
Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) and golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis) are the two most common elbow targets. Identify which epicondyle is involved and target that aspect consistently.
